What Yext costs (honest answer)
We don't know, and Yext doesn't say publicly. On Nov 3, 2026, yext.com/pricing returned a "page not found," and the site's buttons said "Contact sales" and "Get a demo." Yext now pitches itself as an enterprise platform for big multi-location brands.
That's fine if you're a 300-location brand with a marketing team. If you're one or two locations, a tool with a public price is usually the easier call.
The thing people worry about when they leave Yext
The common complaint is that with a subscription listings tool you're "renting" your listings, so when you stop paying, things can drift. Whitespark's page says cancelling Yext "may leave your listings in a bit of a mess," and it sells a one-time cleanup service for exactly that.
So before you cancel, screenshot your key listings (Google, Apple, Bing, Facebook, Yelp). If anything slips later, you'll know what it should say.
