Local Dominator now lets Claude read your AI Tracker data and tell you what to fix first

Published

You pay for an AI visibility tool. Every month it tells you which AI engines mention your client and which ones don't. Then comes the part nobody loves: clicking through screen after screen, trying to figure out what to actually do about it. Local Dominator just handed that part to an AI agent.

What Local Dominator released

On Oct 28, 2026, Local Dominator announced that you can now connect an AI agent like Claude to your account and let it read your AI Tracker data. That covers campaign results, rankings and the prompts you track.

AI Tracker sends real questions to 6 AI engines: ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Claude and Grok. It records whether each one names the business, which other businesses it names instead, and which sources it cites.

With the connector, you can just ask. Which engines aren't naming this client? Which prompts come back with no mention? Who shows up instead? Then the agent turns those answers into a list of what to fix first, in plain words an account manager can hand to a client.

Two details matter here:

Setup is a bit techy for now. Their guide uses Claude Desktop, Node.js 18 or newer and your API key from Account, API Settings. The connector also works with other agent tools that speak MCP, the open standard these connectors use.

How it compares to Local Falcon

Local Falcon got there first. Its Claude connector has been in Anthropic's connector directory since June 2026, and it's a one click install with your normal login. No API keys.

The big difference is what the agent is allowed to do. Local Falcon's connector can run new scans, manage campaigns and even update Google Business Profiles from the chat. Scans you run that way use your credits as usual, and reading reports is free. It's included on every plan, and Starter is $24.99 a month (checked Oct 22, 2026).

Local Dominator went the other way: look, don't touch. For an agency, that's a safer place to start. An agent can't burn through credits or change a client's profile by mistake.

Why this matters for agencies

The AI visibility category is crowded now. Otterly.ai (from $29 a month), Peec AI, Profound and the Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit all track how brands show up in AI answers. Most of them stop at the report.

The tracking was never the hard part. The hard part is the hour after, turning a wall of "mentioned" and "not mentioned" into three things to do this week. That's the part an agent can now take off your plate, using data you already pay for.

A few plain thoughts:

If you want to compare the two side by side, start with our Local Dominator and Local Falcon pages.
