What we could verify (Oct 22, 2026)
Birdeye is a review and customer experience platform, and it's pushing AI agents for multi-location brands. Its pricing page did not show prices.
Podium covers reviews, webchat and text messaging. Its plans page says to talk to sales. Podium also runs a customer referral program that pays $500 per referred business that joins (individuals in the US, Canada and Australia).
If you'd rather see a price first
These review tools showed public starting prices: NiceJob from $75 a month, GatherUp from $99 a month for one location, and Whitespark Reputation Builder at $79 per location per month.

Bottom line
If you're a bigger, multi-location business with a sales-led budget, get quotes from both. If you're a small shop, start with a tool that shows its price.
